Sandpiper complex provides every unit a view of the Atlantic Ocean. All our rental units are individually owned, furnished, and decorated. Our condominium has one of the shortest walks to the beach, only four steps from our pool area and you are on the white sandy beach.
Minimum seven night stay required.

Please Note: All rates subject to 10.5% Florida tax and a $100 cleaning fee.

Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made prior to 90 days of arrival – reservation fee only.
- Cancellation made between 90 days of arrival and 45 days of arrival – $250 deposit.
- Cancellations made between 45 days of arrival and 21 days of arrival – 1/2 rental rate (including taxes), plus reservation fee.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate (including applicable taxes) plus reservation fee
