The condo is beautiful and beautifully decorated. Our issues were with the cleanliness. When we arrived there were dirty bed linens piled on one of the beds with no clean linen on it. There were utensils with food on them in the drawers in the kitchen. (Peanut butter in a measuring spoon in the drawer.) The beach chairs were rusted open. The washer/dryer combo was filthy and left black marks on our clothing. We had a roach in the bathroom and the sheet on the king size bed was a queen size. We loved the condo and the location, but we would urge the owners to take a better look at how it is being managed. The management was friendly and took care of anything we asked, but it should be cleaner than it was. I also asked to speak to the owners instead of leaving this review online and the property management said they couldn't let us do that. Oh well. Beautiful location and condo if managed properly.

We had a great stay! Thank you for opening your home to our family. The condo had a beautiful ocean view. Better than the pictures. The condo was well stocked with linens, kitchen items and even beach gear. The property had a great seating area that was good for sunsets. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating. My kids loved the private entrance to the beach. They found tons of sea shells and even fossilized shark teeth.
The one thing I would add is a curtain on the living room sliding door. It lacked privacy. It felt like people could see right in.

We would 10/10 recommend to family and friends. We hope go to back soon.

Quiet location, felt like we were practically on top of the ocean and it was a very short walk to the beach. unfortunately a little too early in the season for swimming in the ocean but beautiful! nonetheless. condo was very comfortable. next time we come visit we'll make sure it's later in the season so we can swim in the ocean. The pool was very nice.

Amazing place! Our stay was perfect, peaceful and everything we needed!

We love this area. We have been vacationing on Crescent Beach for 15 years, and this was the easiest beach access we have found so far. We already re-booked for next year! This condo is a second floor townhouse style unit. The kitchen, living room, and one bathroom are on the main floor, and the bedrooms and second bathroom are on the second floor of the unit (FYI this is the 3rd floor for the condo). This unit does not have an ensuite master if that is something you are looking for. The kitchen layout was great they had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and a Kuerig. The couch in the living room is actually a fold down Fouton for anyone who needs an extra bed. If you like to hang your swimsuits to dry, I would recommend bringing a drying rack.

Beautiful condo!

Cozy condo with a view of the beach and pool. Full stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and can be on the beach in a minute. WiFi allows for access which is important as Verizon access is spotty in this location. At low tide, the beach gives lots of room for walking/biking/running. Had one minor issue with plumbing but host had it resolved next morning and was very quick to respond. All and all a good stay.
