Once you walk through the door of Sandpiper 227, you will feel like you are 'home'. A beautifully decorated second-floor condo, complete with all the amenities you would expect from a beach home. This unit also has a designated wifi connection for guests. Located on the Northside so you get that morning sun on the balcony or from your master bedroom while laying in bed. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds.

The views of the ocean were extraordinary from both inside and outside on the balcony. Beautiful beach. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything you could need to cook and enjoy meals. My husband and I felt very much at home there and enjoyed ourselves. My only suggestion would be to bring your own beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely come back.

Overall the condo was great. But the Ad is misleading in that we didn’t know bedrooms were up stairs. Also said toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, soap included however when 3 people are staying a week there was only enough paper for a few days and not enough soap for even one use. We had to purchase supplies. Not enough garbage bags either, we had to use Walmart bags for garbage. View was amazing as well as closeness to beach. But this condo could use a few improvements. It was very clean, but a little out dated.

The location and views from this condo are great. All units in the complex have beach views, and all are just a short walk through the pool area to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Both bedrooms are good sized. I was easily able to arrange an early check-in time..If you're staying for more than a few days, you'll need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags (they provide just one of each). Overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, we had a maintenance issue on a holiday and were unable to reach anyone (despite calling maintenance, emergency maintenance, and sending a message via airbnb). If this issue had been addressed, I would have given the unit a 4 star rating.
